Showed him my PV and explained to him how it worked and because of it I have been almost 3 months analog free. (he has been on me to quit for 7 years) He liked it and wanted to know where I got it so I handed him several V4L cards. He said he was going to hand out to his smoking patients. He then patted me on the back and said get on the treadmill. He was glad and proud to see I had quit analogs. Just wanted to pass this on.:D

Congrats! But how'd you do on the treadmill?

Jeffree, I was just going to ask the same thing!

Was the treadmill in his office and he wanted you to get on to check you lung capacity, etc.

Or are you talking about / did he mean you should start working out now that you quit . . . ????

Good Luck on almost 3 months!

I hope I can say that in oh, 2 months 2 weeks - willpower is not my specialty.

Hey Figg,

Sweet ride, by the way. If you've been seeing a cardiologist for seven years, I would seriously suggest you check out this awesome new video of a lecture given recently by a Dr. Lustig at UCSF. Yeah, it's 90 minutes long, but Dr. Lustig is very entertaining and you can just relax and vape away while you watch it.

Also, be sure to pass it along to your cardiologist -- it's an absolutely incredible video and it contains critical information for cardiologists.

To find it, go to youtube, and search for "Sugar the bitter truth"

Nice, congratulations!

I had to go to the doctor because I thought my asthma was acting up. I actually had to cut down tremendously on vaping because of tightness in my chest. Had all kinds of tests done, stress test, chest x-ray, and an allergy test. The doctor especially wanted to do the chest x-ray because we don't know the effects of vaping on the body yet, my lungs are free of diseases and doing exactly what they are supposed to be doing! The tightness in my chest though could be anxiety or allergies !

Great job tho--keep it up!
