Westmall?

Eastmall has been announcing a lot of interesting products at compelling prices lately. The only problem, at least for those of us in the US, is the high shipping charges and long shipping time, coupled with unreliable US customs processing. I know seized/lost orders are rare, but they do happen from time to time. Eastmall is pretty good as far as working with customers to resolve shipping/warranty problems, but it's still a hassle having you guys in China and us being here in the west.

So what I'm wondering is whether you've ever considered setting up a US office for local distribution? Obviously the prices wouldn't be quite as low as the Chinese shop, but a US-based Eastmall distributor (Westmall?) could ship items a lot faster for a lot less money. We'd also have the benefit of a local warranty/repair facility for quick resolutions to any problems that did come up. This is what Totally Wicked does, and it seems to work for them. Not that they much care about customer service at all, but at least people with issues get ignored locally.

So what do you think?

Agree's with it.
Offered to do something locally for few companies0 in HK.
but im not dishing out thousands to help out.
Basically a warehouse is needed & label printer for shipping. & tons of priority & first class to ship out.

I don't know if a warehouse is strictly necessary. E-cig merch doesn't take up all that much room. You could fill up half of a 2-car garage and pretty well stocked. The USPS will give you as many flat rate priority boxes as you want for free, and it costs less than $5 to get one anywhere in the US in 1-3 days.

That's what you get for living on an upside-down continent.

Directional region names are euro-centric. If you're in Europe, then Asia is east, North America is west, and Australia is the perfect place to ship all your criminals off to. Since it's the Europeans who made both the language we speak and the maps we use, we're stuck with their nomenclature.

Actually i had a dream. I wan to open a Vaper's cafe. All vapers are welcome into the cozy lighting comfy seating cafe. One corner selling e cig, the rest for vapers to have a rest and some laugh among others.

No analogs smokers allowed.
