Huh lolMalarky!
95 % nonsense.Yh it’s all nonsense right
There was a single incident of a teen developing respiratory problems after a claimed 3 week use of vaping products. The media got a hold of the news and as always exploited the **** out of it. We do not know this teens medical history or if they had any kind of unknown allergies. We also do not know what this teen was vaping. We also do not know if vaping caused this so called “wet lung” or was just used as an easy scapegoat
My father suffers from a condition where he retains water around the lungs. He is prone to pneumonia where a common cold could result to a trip to emergency. Although not clinically proven, I suspect given his condition he could not vape!
I’d be more concerned with our food industry than vaping.
Yh I know it’s all a load of bs was just checking if it is and makeing sure I’m on the same page as everyone else
what’s everyones opinion on this rumour about wet lung
If inhaling vapor caused "wet lung" then steamy hot showers would kill you. I live in an area that frequently hits humidity levels in the 90% range all of that moisture also goes into the lungs. Why do I not have "wet lung"? Lungs can handle moisture, just not being filled up with liquid.
Here is a doctor explaining things better than I could.
So how likely isit to get dry lung from vaping and is dry lung actually a thing lolSince there is a certain amount of water in every breath we inhale, I think the condition you want to watch out for is dry lung, AKA "mummification" once your body has been drained of all fluids in preparation for entry into your sarcophagus.
Srsly don't stop breathing and let your lungs dry out, that's just good for nobody!
Other health conditions of the lung that are problematic: emphysema, COPD, lung cancer.
You don't want any of those, either. I did not even travel far enough down the COPD trail to get a diagnosis but I did have straight up non stop pneumonia for 18 months, I was headed there.
Another condition I did not enjoy: the pneumonia, smoker's cough. I was coughing so badly (and still smoking 3 ppd) I had to spend a considerable amount on like, female adult undergarments AKA "depends" as my cough was so rabid and ongoing. I was only 41ish at the time but believe me when I say, it made me feel OLD and also GROSS and I won't even get into how my circulation has improved and I no longer cough for like 10 minutes straight which is just no fun at all and depends SUCK.
Just keep on vaping, looking back I am a bit "how did I let it get THAT bad" but well, that's addiction for you.
