Using my WF-188 set to 3.2V and 300Mh, I charged 2x RCR123A LiFeP04 for approximately 2 hours. I was very careful to make sure they were connected securely. Although the light light stayed blinking red/green (I assume that's just what it does when charging) during the charge, and it went to solid green, the batteries wouldn't fire my Precise+18650.

Anyone familiar with this charger? Have you encountered this problem before?

Is this charger supposed to blink red and green while charging?

Were you able to voltage test the batts coming off the charger? Make sure its set to the 3.2 Setting on the charger. WF 188 can be picky about the connections, i kind of put the battery in and spin it back and forth a bit to make sure theres a good connection.

It's funny. The moment you try to show somebody something isn't working is when it starts working. I took my batteries to my neighbor, who has a voltage meter. The 6x RCR123A all read 3.34V, and the moment I put 2x batteries in to show him it wouldn't fire, it fired! I have since charged a pair, and tested them in the machine, they fire just fine. Thank you for your speedy response, and thank you for a great mod.

PS: I probably just didn't have the O-ring seated right, but since the 3.7V AW IC fired, and the charger blinks, I forgive myself for jumping to conclusions. lol
