The temps dropped a bit today and it's just perfect out a nice breeze and the humidity isn't off the scale.
It's time to BBQ. I start with a bunch of apple wood and alder and start a fire in a pit and let it go untill it's just red hot coals and then put the coals in the grill.
So today I'm being cheap and am cooking up Pork steaks, burgers ground freshly from a round that I picked up from a buddy and homemade hot dogs, that I make.
For sides we have potato salad and a standard leaf salad, Pickles and deviled eggs. Oh and you can't forget grilled corn of the cob wrapped in bacon.
Anyone want some?
