So even though I have been converted for 6 months now I am still using a regular battery with a KR8 carto! I am finally thinking about upgrading to the Provari mini, but know nothing about how all this works. If I do this, can someone tell me what all I need? Like do I need a tank to go with it or what? And what else? Seriously, I am still such a noob! Thanks!

You'll need some extra batteries with the Provari Mini. An 18350 most likely won't get you through the day unless you're a very light user, I can get through the day with 2 batteries with it. You can also get the extended cap with it, then you'll be able to use 18500 batteries with it for extra vape time but will add a little length.

What else to use with it is preference, it's a standard 510 connection so anything 510 should work, even you're 808 cartos will work with an adapter. I would recommend a drip tip or two, 510 drip tips will fit 808 and 510 cartos and I just prefer the feel of a drip tip. Unlike your current 808 you can adjust the voltage to find your preferred vape so matching ohms isn't a necessity.

Yep you'll just need the unit, batteries, charger, cartos, and juice to get going. I'd recommend drip tips for comfort, and many people find tanks are helpful as you don't need to worry about topping off your carto, just refilling the tank. Although there is a bit of a learning curve with tanks and it will probably take some time to figure out how to get everything working well, particularly if you choose to punch your own cartos.
