Yeah, I am looking at the kit too...I have found the control heads for around $75 though, so put together a little mini for right around $100 with the battery. Then I have $20 left for a ProTank!

Problem is, finding everything in one shop - if I have to buy from multiple shops, with multiple shipping charges I am probably better off with the kit. And I didn't think about warranty...

Poking around stores looking to create a mini eVic. It seems to me like if I buy a 18350 eGo T Mod battery tube, 18350 battery and an eVic replacement control head I have a complete mini eVic...What am I missing?

Absolutely nothing. It was my setup originally! DSCF6196.jpg BUT, for less than that pick the zmax telescope... Genuine Sigelei ZMax V3 Variable Volt Telescope Mod Use the 10OFF coupon and it'll cost the same as the eVic head alone...

I bought the kit from GotVapes complete. But see if they have everything. Don't forget a charger, the eVic charges but a freestanding charges will be much more effective

Cool - thank you and thanks for the pic...that is exactly what I am looking for. The eVic just seems like it stays much more compact. I think that the control head is shorter than the control head in other VV/VW units helping it stay shorter. Although - I have nothing to go on other than pictures. Thanks again Susaz!

Holy Schnikies Batman!! Okay, I am going to have to pull the trigger on that. Will someone write me like a Dr.'s note or something saying that I HAVE tot have one? That may be the only thing to keep me from getting out of the dog house when this shows up in the mail!!! :)

THANKS TO EVERYONE for the feedback and input!

As the Evic prices start dropping with competition, it seems to me that getting a complete Evic and adding a 18350 tube or a 18350 Ego-T would be the best bang for the buck. One factor is flexibility - a 18350 will not give you a long vape time if the voltage is increased much over 3.7 volts, so having the big battery option is important for getting a full day when needed. As a bonus you'll have a 3.7 volt backup with the Ego-T that you can take out when you don't want to worry about babying your nicer mod.
