What am i missing?

Just got a blank 510 cartomizer in for my ego, so It has the two caps, pop off the white one, take out the inner ring and there is a white thing (a wick? maybe?) so I loaded it with juice just got from VB, all excited and low and behold the thing is leaking all over my batt....am I supposed to put filler in it too? or just drop in the juice? it didn't come with instructions.

Went to youtube and watched Dr. Vapor, did as he showed, looked easy enough....popped the top on, started it up, the draw is WAY too hard and of course, the juice just popped back into my mouth, ick, thank goodness it's maple from VB...but it is REALLY a hard draw....ARG

Did you fill down the sides or down the center? You don't want to fill down the center....

...not sure which carto you got, since now there are so many kinds that can work on a vgo,
but also try asking the vendor you bought it from. Can you post a pic? Or do you know if it's maybe a Joye 510 carto? or an ego carto? a CE2 carto? or just a carto? or a flipt-top carto?

If it's an automatic ego, you also don't want liquid in the battery, it can can cause problems on automatic batteries.

Don't PUT LIQUID DOWN THE MIDDLE TUBE!!!!!
NO WONDER IT LEAKED ALL OVER!!!!
You want to saturate the filler ALL AROUND the tube, not directly into it.... SURROUNDING it!!!

And if you put too much liquid into a carto, it will leak out the threaded end and into your mouth.

What was the reason for scratching the carto and putting liquid paper on it?

i use joye cartose all day at work and on the go.. i use the bottle mod for filling all of them
and so do at least 5 ppl i know on the forum and at least 3 ppl not on the forum. we all like it and have no problems...... ive taken a few apart and cant find a single problem with filling them this way........ try it b4 u knock it.....
if we all were close minded we would still be smoking......
