What and where to buy

I got my first rba and really like it so far. I like to run around 2-3 ohms depending on the device. I just don't know where to buy this stuff at. I'm confused by the "mesh" I've already burnt up 5 coils but still learning and had some really good advice from ECF on how to learn. Plust the B/M shop guy. Suggestions on what and where?
