I find 6v too high with too many issues of burning juice and popped atties. If I had to buy a commercial mod, I'd go for the prodigy.

Little chuck is 3.7v from a cr123a, Chuck is 3.7v from 18650, or with my adapter, you can use 2 3.0v CR2's for 6v.

The new zimoshi LV is actually 4.7-5.2 volts which seems to be the sweet spot according to many folks. It uses a resister to tone it down from 6 volts. After researching high volt pv's for the last 2 weeks I'm going with with the LV since it is also very small for a high volt pv, not to mention it is the most unique looking.
It is also very pocket friendly due to it's on-off switch. I wanted a high volt P.V that I can go out with and easily put in my pocket and conceal in my hand for low profile vaping if I choose.

by "unique" you mean...this crazy hunk of metal welded to the side of a flashlight? and it is $135?!?!

The Chuck and Little Chuck at $75 are a much better value, and look better too, IMO...

I forgot about this thread! I bit the bullet and bought a Silver Bullet v1.1(damn Im funny) from altsmoke- I am still waiting on my batteries from all-battery.com (slow shipping) and I have been buying cr123 3v surefire throw-aways from lowes. I absolutely LOVE the Silver Bullet at 6v. I bought it with a 510-801 adapter, but found out I really do like the 510 attys (at least at 6v). I ordered some 18650 3000mAh bats, but I'm afraid that after vaping at 6v I won't care about the 3.7.

The Silver Bullet is a beautiful PV- man it pumps out great tasting vapor.

on a side note: I was at the store tonight and ran across a digital camera rechargeable battery kit on clearance. It came with 2 RCR123a 3v 400mAh bats and a charger $9.00. I am a little worried about the 400mAh rating, but hell for 9 bucks its worth a shot- Ive been paying 6 bucks a lick for the surefire throw-aways that Ive been getting at lowes so I figured I can't go wrong with these + I have a tactical laser and flashlight for my ar15 and if these 400mAh don't work for the silver bullet I'll use them for that.

Did I say I love my SB? Anways, This thread was the beginning of my quest for a high voltage PV and I must say mission accomplished. I would LOVE to buy all of these high voltage PV options, but I can only afford one at a time- after much research on them and reading I think you can't go wrong with ANY of them, just depends on how much you want to spends, how long you want to wait (limited production) and what your looking for outta a PV. After doing alot of research on these HV PVs I have learned alot- especially about batteries (some of the most grueling shopping ive ever done)- So I wanted to thank everyone who contributed to this thread and helped me and I am sure many others! Yeah, my 18650's haven't seen a whole lot of use since I got my Tenergy RCR123A 750mAh batteries. I can get a full days use at 6V vaping with them. I may still use the 18650's when I use a brand new atty, but as others have said, it's hard to go back once you get used to 6V vaping, it really is a nice thing.

Good info on those 400mAh rechargables. That's not a bad deal for someone who may have a secondary use for them. If you do get them, let us know how they do in your PV. Nice to know, especially for someone who's not completely sold on the idea of 6V, but wants to give it a try without having to spend tons of cash on disposable Lithium CR123A batteries.

I have to agree, I am pretty sure I could build a 6V PV that would be just as good as the manufacturered one that I have (ok, maybe I'm just bias! ) but either way, I think it all boils down to personal preferences. Some people want shiny, some people want button placement, some people want adjustable draw, etc.

I like mine! It does what the GG, Prodigy, Super T1, Janty Stick, Chuck, and any other PV out there can't do.

It work at 5 volt or 6+ volt by just pressing the black or red buttons.

also works at 3.7 volts with a different battery.

Shreck, Maddog came up with the concept, I just built a few.

You could also go with a 5v Mod for much cheaper than a commercially made model.

Here's a list with the volts beside each. And smart idea making the switch to a better device. When the ban takes effect, at least you will not have to worry about the batteries:

Robert, I love your dual voltage PVs- I really want to build one, but I am ver new to modding. I made my first mod a few days ago (Nicostick) which i think is everyones first mod. I would love to try one of your style PVs next- not sure where to begin tho... mainly b/c I am not sure of the correct battery housing
