I work in a small office at a hospital and at nights especially I'm in there by myself. I absolutely hate having to walk outside as it takes longer to get out there than it does to vape. I'm just too frightened to vape in the office for fear it'll set off smoke alarms.

Now most of the videos I've seen of people setting off smoke alarms they seem to be blowing tons of fresh vapor directly into the smoke alarm at short range. So if I'm just chillin and blowing my vapor down is it safe you think?

I'm just too scared lol. I probably won't do it anyway as it's not worth getting caught but I'm just curious what you guys think. No one's in the office with me so I'm not bothering anyone with my vapor. Think it's safe to chill and vape or should I play it safe and take it outside? Des anyone else vape in a small office? Have any problems?

If you feel vaping is more important to you than your job, have at it. I'd be more worried about cameras, than smoke detectors.

There's always a way to stealth vape... one of the perks of giving up smoking. I've snuck into the ladies room when I was in seminars at work because it definitely wouldn't have been PC to get caught there, otherwise I just blow it into fabric or hold the vapor in for a bit before exhaling.

I have no problem vaping in public I just hold it in until 95% of the vapor is absorbed. I have also vaped in restaurants and blew the vapor into my soda through the straw. I find that if I don't look suspicious no one notices. In a pinch I can also blow out really hard and the vapor disappears. A smaller rig is easier to hide.

I highly doubt his job would be in any serious danger. IF her were caught by someone with power, for a first offence I am 99.99% sure he would have a conversation and, maybe, a "Don't do it again".

OP, it won't set off any alarms. My apartment complex has some of the most sensitive freakin' fire alarms I have ever dealt with and I have yet to set mine off.
