Got my 26650 dreadnaught clone on ebay for $60. It's very high quality. Couldn't have asked for better. mydread.jpg

bought the stainless Hades, the little plastic insert that screws in & holds the top inside 510 contact pin in broke on me the first hour i had it....super-glued back together it and it's been working fine every-since....the Mod vapes well but i thought the part was cheaply made they could have used brass or something solid........also own the Helmsman and i like it alot better nice solid made Mod that works well, i did bevel the switch end of the tube with a mild file and now the button has no crunch whatsoever when pressing and you can press it at any angle and it works, my only complaint is that it's 30mm and the attys for it are 28.5....now there are some new ones i've seen that are 29.7 i think it was a new version of the Stillare.....for now the two are enough for me, i also seen a new 26650 Nemi and that might be worth looking into.......we need a better and bigger choice of large Atty's to choose from...just my :2c:

I don't much care for a lot of the new originals or clones either one. If the adjustable contacts are fantastic, the venting sucks, or the button sucks. Sticking lockin rings, non-reverse threading, etc.. If the venting is fantastic, the adjustable contacts suck. I've literally been appalled by a lot of them, especially when they're so hyped up.
I do, so far, appreciate the Beyond Vape's new affordable one. But, I've only seen one review. It might have poor venting too, who knows.
I'm looking forward, also, to seeing the reviews on the new button concept one, (pull out & twist).

In short, don't believe the hype of either orig or clone. Do your own research, take notes, & decide in a relaxed state of mind.

you are correct my friend, but there were complaints about the spring being to tight on the first version. whether it was actually a problem or not, supposedly adjustments were made to the spring, and yes, magnets were also included. I have what was classified as v2 and v3...

...the one on the left is the v2 and the right v3. i left the springs in, as they did not bother me. the mod can sit on a table unlocked without firing. I personally didn't notice a difference switch wise, but hey, i thought i would throw it out there in case someone may be interested in a hades.
