What are the best chargers out there for 18650/18350 batteries?

I ask because my current charger, an X-Star, can only charge two batteries at once, so I'm looking to upgrade.

PILA charger....had mine for almost 3 years now....batteries come off at 4.2 volts every time...but it only charges two at a time..

Don't know if there is a best, I just got the Xtar VP1 and like, RTD has them all

I might have been a Nitecore fan, but only half of my I2 works, but the other half is good
