like WillyB said... you're cravings are still there because you're probably not vaping high enough nic cartridges, you should get some 18mg at least and see how you get on with those. As for flavors it's always personal preference, im kind of a 'fruity' (lol) guy myself.. i like the peach cobbler, banana, cola, dr pepper, RY4 (yum) and of course chocolate etc, if you like tobacco type then 555 is good too, i haven't come across any flavors that taste like marl lights, i used to smoke those too so i know how hard it would be to find something close to that. Hang in there though it will take a few days to get used to your kit from the analogs but you'll be sorted once you get the right strength and flavor carts to your liking ;)

Also don't forget you can post in the V4L subforum here if you need help, it's a very helpful place !

I got my kit last night, im happy with my VK and havent touched an analog yet, although i get cravings because I dislike the flavor on the Cowboy 11mg cartomizer..

I usually smoke Marlboro Lights.. What is the best cart that would come close?

Any info would be appreciated

The Parliament, Kant and Virginia are all good V4L cartomizer tobacco flavors. If you are getting cravings, you may want to bump up the nicotine level to 18.

V4L is now offering tobacco sampler packs, which could help you out in choosing. You might try a higher nic to keep away cravings (11mg is probably too low unless you smoked <1 pack a day or ultralights), and also know that your preferences will probably change as your tastebuds return (an experience many of us have had in quitting smokes). Leaford mentioned in another thread that the Kant is the "smokiest" tobacco flavor, which might be useful for those just making the switch.

I found that I didn't really like the taste of tobacco as much as I thought I did, just the effects. So the nontobacco (not always sweet, just...not tobacco) flavors ended up tasting a whole lot better! YMMV, but just a thought.

Try the sampler pack. None of it really tastes like tobacco in my opinion, but you should be able to find something you can live with. Also some of the juice flavors, Winston, Cuban Cigar, etc. Half the fun is the trying.

Edit: As an after thought... You may want to try Cuban cigar 75% mixed with 555 25%. Again not a real tobaccoie flavor in my opinion, but a pretty good throat hit and good amount of vapor. Gives just a hint of nuttie flavor, but not overpowering.
