What are the numbers at the very bottom of the page?

I've noticed that every page in this forum has numbers at the very bottom of the page. They go from 1 all the way up to 180. I clicked on them and all of them just open the ECF main page. So what the heck are they?

Ez, i believe they refer to Pages in the Archive but don't quote me on it.
