Hmm... Have you tried turning it upside down and then sternly smacking the switch to eject the battery out? Make sure you do this while its unlocked so it has a chance to push the battery out.

it happened earlier with amother battery, gave a little ster slap and battery plopped out, this one is STUCK . if i had a decent magnet,,???
