Speaking of healthy living...

My wife and I made homemade cookies last night. She made the batch on the left, and I made the batch on the right.

She was so funny about it. She got really frustrated that mine look rounder than hers. She said she was going to take both to work, and her co-workers would probably look at hers and say, "Aww, that's so sweet that you let your 2-year-old daughter bake cookies."

At least hers taste like cookies. Mine taste more like failed dinner rolls. (Not really, but that's what I told her to make her feel better.)

You are a good hubby! And obviously, a baker! Cool!

Not really a baker, no. The recipe said 15 minutes prep time. Mine was more like an hour. I initially read 1/2 cup of white sugar as 2 cups. I fished about a cup of it out with a tablespoon, added extra flour and baking soda, and salt and water which the recipe didn't call for at all. Then the mixer sloshed flour out all over my kitchen counter and started emitting a burning smell.... I felt like the Swedish Chef, throwing dough in the air and firing at it with a shotgun. I'm amazed that they're even edible, to be honest.

Well....

I really only have 2 Divers now. I sold all the V1's and I have a flanged V2 and a flangeless V2 that comes today.

While the Strata does ROCK! it's really only going to be used at home.. I am thinking that tank, diver and ELA in 18500 mode will give me plenty of juice and power for when I run amuck in the city and cause havoc..

When running amuck and causing said havoc, I must beware of this guy though..

Would have loved to be there to see that. Comic relief! I adore you guys!

I love to cook and as it turns out, I am some what of a savant at it. When my wife got sick with Lupus, she would need a lot of protein. She appreciates much more refined food than I do and it drove me nuts watching her just take a slap of steak or salmon from the freezer to the pan and cook it with no seasonings, nothing. So I learned to cook for her. All our friends love coming over when I cook but I'd rather have a slice of pizza.

To each his own. Always been secure and sturdy for me. Been fishing, riding mower, yard work and even to the field and the range multiple times when I was still in the Army. Only time one ever broke was sleeping before PT one morning, alarm went off and I woke up and practically karate chopped it off the atty, leaving the orings and glass inside and the top on the floor of my car. Not a sales pitch but Super T device Trippy topped is my bread and butter. Can't wait to drop the phoenix for the strata though.

I was never able to keep trippy tips on tight...they always seemed to want to pop up over time....where as a SS T-Tip is nice and tight....Some trippy tips are beautiful though:)

I work in retail and am just counting down the days until Christmas is over. Been working some really long hours which has preventede from spending a lot of time on here. I'm shocked today at the generous gift that someone here bestowed upon me and this just really has brought the Christmas spirit into my life which I have been lacking. I hope this person accepts my sincerest gratitude and best wishes for a happy holiday from me!

Thank you so much whomever you are!
