Though I'm intrigued by the excitement over the rebuildables, I'm sticking with some of the devices I've come to know and love over the last 8-9 months. My VVW currently has an i06 on it. I've at least tried most of the attys and cartos in my inventory on it (won't list them all - it's a lot) - all successfully - Out of it all, I more or less settled in to the i06 for the VVW. It provides nearly the flavor and pretty much the same vapor production the hh.357 does but is very forgiving when over or under-fed a bit while blind squonking behind the wheel.

The other likely thing to be on my VVW is a super shorty smoke tech carto. I keep a couple in my glove boxes for any 'emergencies' like blowing a coil or going too long between atty cleaning and having the flavor get funky in the middle of a day.

Finally got notice that my back order for 3 Phoenix clones is going to ship. Going to try to mod them for my REO's and Bogger Box. If that works out well enough to see how I like the rebuildables then I will look at ERA/Chalice upgrades and use the Phoenixs as back ups.
You wont need another atomizer if you mod one of them clones I have all three atomizers and they all perform the same .

Just for S&G I removed my RBA and put a HH357 on my mod to try. Wasn't even close, I might as well been using a paperclip as an atty. Tasted like crap. Guess I am totally spoiled with these RBA's. Keep trying the standard type attys but I cant use them any more.
I feel the same way there is no going back

Eric over at DV has them. Saw another vendor mentioned yesterday who had them at that price but I don't recall who it was. Sorry

As for modding them, there is the Phoenix thread here on the REO forum I am going to use as a rough guide. It got derailed about halfway through into a metallurgy safety debate and never really got back on track so going to have to experiment a little. I am a good 'follow these steps exactly' kind of diy'er but not so good with the creative, figure it out for myself type. I am too cautious and worry about screwing it up too much I guess
