Hopefully it is OK to post this in this forum since VM does not sell batteries yet. I'm ordering a purple ST 3.7v/6v on Wednesday and want to go ahead and order a charger and batteries so I can use my ST as soon as it arrives. I have no idea what brand, size, or site is best for ordering the batteries and charger for vaping at 6v. Please tell me what batteries work best for you in the ST at 6v and where you order them from. Also what charger is best for these batteries. I know nothing about batteries other than how to put them in and that the higher the mAH the longer they last. Also, I know I need 2 3v batteries for 6v vaping.

Just order what the device was made for....
for a standard 3.7v ST... oreder 18650 3.7v
I don't know of a good place you can get both batteries and charger but I'm sure others can pass along suggestions. Like Sir said for 3.7V go with 18650 batteries. For 6V I'd suggest 3.0V LiFPo batteries. You can also use 3.0v Lithium batteries. If you use the 3v Lithium batteries you can get away using the same charger but it'd be better to get a separate 3v charger or one with a 3.7/3.0 switch. If you go with the LiFPo you'll must get a separate charger for them and another for the 18650 Lithium battery.
Lithium: 3.7V = 18650, 3.0V = CR2 or 16340 (2 of either) One charger can be used for both but a separate 3.0V charger is better.
LiFPo: 3.0V = CR2 or 16340 (2 of either) Needs special charger.
I personally used 3.0V Lithiums when I was trying high voltage vaping.
Then there's the whole question of high drain or IMR batteries. Some say you should have them for every situation, some say don't need them for anything, some say for just with LR atomizers. For any given size the IMR battery has a lower capacity but delivers more current. They cost more. They can be used in place of a normal battery, nothing wrong just more costly. You'll have to decide if you should get them or not.

It's easy... just use the batts I use.... I even put in a sticker to make sure everyone is using the right ones....
I use RCR123A 3v Batteries for 6v Vaping in the ST. They are protected, where I don't believe standard CR2's are. Now remember, off the charger, they are going to give you much more than 6v, so don't burn out any atties!
Well hell now I'm gonna fork out another 30 bucks for 4 battery and charger kit cause you can't use a 750 mah charger with the 900mah batteries! Oh well atleast I've got enough batteries to last a while! Just wish I had seen the 900's before buying the others!
