You'll need at least 2 cells, 4 would be better so you can have two fully charged on hand ready to go.
Keep them matched / married to each other/ use & charge together as a pair.
Mooch explains in simple terms how to calculate battery amp drain when using a regulated power device here --->Calculating battery current draw for a regulated mod | E-Cigarette Forum

25a CDR cells;
Sony vtc5A
LGHD series

20a CDR cells;
Samsung 30Q
sony vtc6
LGHG2

I wouldn't buy anything from fastech, many people do.
Impossible to make recommendation on a reputable vendor for cells without knowing where in the world you are.

We all have to set our own safety thresholds, I don't push cells or take risks, I use cells below their CDR as a safety margin.
Part of vaping safely with high power devices is understanding some simple guidelines, basic battery safety & selection really isn't optional.

I don't go over 50w per 20a CDR cell, or 65w per 25a CDR cell.
Your power device uses 2.

I
would use authentic Sony vtc5A (must be "A") or LGHD series (LGHD2C) because you stated you will sometimes vape 120w.

The only way the ensure you don't buy counterfeit, re wrapped lesser quality or fake batteries is to buy them from reputable vendors / dealers.

If you are unwilling to educate yourself and vape without knowing basic battery safety, I am uwilling to offer advice.

If you have a reuleax 2/3, you should already have a pair of batteries that are equivalent to what you need, unless the mod crapped out because you had faulty batteries to begin with.

That makes me so sad. I am one of those people that do not understand most of the technical language. If hadn't found kind people who do understand such things to guide me I would still be smoking.

Just to weigh in on ordering from Fasttech, I have placed lots of orders from them and if they say it's authentic then your good. I've ordered batteries from them and they were authentic so you will be fine ordering from them. As far as help with calculations for your batteries I'm not qualified but as long as you have batteries that can push 20 amps you should be fine. Samsung 30q's, LG hg2's, and Sony vtc6's are the top contenders and will handle your vaping needs. Good luck

Batteries don't push amps, amps are drawn from the cells, and, they can be overdrawn causing safety issues.

The VTC 4 2100mah is not a 30a CDR cell, it is a 23a CDR cell.
--->Sony VTC4 2000mAh 18650 Retest Results...a great 23A 2100mAh battery
While vtc4 will work, why not get the increase in run time & use a cell with a higher CDR.
The VTC5A 2500mah is a 25a CDR cell, as are the LGHD series.

VTC6 3000mah is a 19ish a CDR cell.
LGHG2 is a 18ish a CDR
Samsung 30Q is a 20a CDR.

Depending on the power devices low voltage cutoff 20a CDR may not be sufficient at 120w.
5.6v dual cell low voltage cutoff at 120w = 23.56 a - including 10% device inefficiency.
6v dual cell cutoff at 120w = 22a

Using any of the 18a - 20a CDR cells at 120w will at least decrease their useful life.

I think Ethan mentioned he was in Israel, it may be difficult to find or ship authentic batteries there. I've heard plenty of people ordering from fasttech with batteries and receiving authentic (FT does tend to be pretty good about "authentic" versus "styled.") Lists of reputable vendors who ship to Israel? IDK, you'd have to contact each one of them and see, but if FT will ship to your location, it's better than ebay. Don't buy off ebay, there are plenty of people there selling clones of all sorts as authentic and it's very hard to know until the product has arrived if it's authentic or not.... I bought off ebay once, and never again. :(

It is difficult when you live in a country that's hard to get good equipment to, so I'd check with some vendors to see if they'll ship to your location, if not, FT is probably your best option. I hope it works out for you, you can sometimes tell if the batteries you have now are authentic by checking what's on the wrap versus under the wrap, and if they are named something "odd" or not on Mooch's battery chart.

But batteries can be a bit tough, so good luck with it. It's possible that the batteries you have now are underpowered or not authentic, so I might hold on to the mod you have, and try again with authentic batteries to see if that changes your experience.

Good luck!

Anna

Although we all need some help and guidance at times, as I have said before, mooch's blog has everything you need to save you asking such questions. The point of the blog is a 1 stop resource to answer such questions, and it teaches you how to stay safe. Just read it and then you will know what to do.

At these vaping power levels any proper couple of high quality cells will do nice, even 30Qs if he's only going to hit those 120W once in a while. There was no pricepoint mention from Ethan diy but there ya go a trio of suggestions (there are other valid ones):
  1. Overall nice and inexpensive: LG HD2C.
  2. High capacity option if not pushing it often: Samsung 30Q.
  3. Bulletproof choice: Sony VTC5A.

:)
