Started with Marlboro Red years ago, when I quit I was smoking the ultra light 100's, smoked Kools for awhile in the '70's and Camel lights for awhile in the '80's when I was in the service, could go to the commisary and get a carton for about $4.00, lol. For the most part I was always a Marlboro man.

I mostly smoked Camels and Camel Lights, toward the end I was smoking Pyramid full flavor (an off brand) because I had no desire to pay $5-$6 a pack -- just under $4 was the cheapest I could do. I quit VERY quickly after getting my KR8, and "forced" myself to smoke a cig a day for a week or so, to avoid or alleviate any minor issues with MAOI or alkaloid withdrawal. I started to hate cigs more and more...

Ive smokes low cost brands for as long as i can remember i have 3 left and when there gone im done they are 305 menthol 100's @ 3.33 a pack. so far im not missing them at all.

Went to the all natural brand w/o additives, American Spirits. I guess the one reason is that I spent a lot of time in England and the taste is similar to English Cigarettes. Really dislike the taste of any American brand cigs, which is why I now enjoy vaping more.

Good call on this thread! I started on marb lights when I was 13 and they will always taste the most like what a cigarette should taste like to me. For the past few years though, I've been buying whatever premium brand is buy one get one or at the very least $1.00 off. Light, regular, medium, wide, whatever. Picked up the vape 2/1, cheated on 2/5 and haven't had an analog since.

Rolled and smoked Gambler Light for five or so years. Before that is was Marlboro Lights.

My siggy has the last date I smoked an analog.

I started with Marlboro Reds for about 10 years, then Marlboro Lights for about 15 years. Now I can say NONE. It feels great to say that after so many years.

Newport Light 100's - period.

Never could smoke any other brand. When I was forced to smoke something else, I'd buy Marlboro Menthol Light 100's - and often didn't even finish the pack. As soon as I could buy my regular brand - I'd give the others away or let them go stale and toss them.

I vape the way I smoked - I'm a one vape girl - I try other "flavors" - but it's that "one thing" that satisfies me, and I just stick with it. How boring.

Marlboro Reds for the whole 14 years I was smoking.

Before 1975 I smoked Marlboro 100s. I was only smoking, perhaps, a half pack a day then.

Around 1975 I discovered and switched to More Reds 120s, and for the next 35 years smoked from 1 to 2 packs of them a day. Through that period, Marlboro 100s remained my backup choice. And, for a while in the early 1980s I'd buy some Nat Shermans when I wanted something different. The Shermans cost about double what the Mores were costing ... I think I paid $2.50 a pack for Shermans at the time.

I still have 4 or 5 cartons of Mores on hand, going stale and neglected.

I smoke analogs for so long I forget all the different brands I went through. I even rolled my own with a cig machine for awhile when money was tight. The last brand was John Players Standard Kings. Had a pack and a half when I got my vaporizer and gave them away. Been smoke free since January 29 at 4pm.

First cig was a Parliment stolen from my mother in 1965. Started buying Larks (long gone, I think) and then to Winstons. After that was Kools and then Merit Menthol. Switched away from menthol after that and was mainly smoking Camels. For the last 10 years or so it's been American Spirits. I haven't quite quit yet, but I'm getting there. A 45 yr habit is very hard to break.

I used to smoke humps full flavored then Marlboro reds and last but not least Marlboro Mediums 100s and now I'm a vaper with a safer caper. how about this? I remember when cigarettes were $0.25 a pack.

^ Those were not bad, I just listed my normal ones rather than every brand I bounced around. Growing up in a Marb. family did not help either.
