What can or do now that you couldn't with Analogs

OMG, wow, and I Just thought of that, I am now a NON Smoker!!! Which since I spend over half the year in a hotel room,
I can Now say I need a NON SMOKING ROOM. I can't wait till I go back to work in the Spring

be careful with that. Don't let anyone at the hotel see you vaping in your room,,,,,,and don't leave your vaping gear out when you leave.

some hotels have been known to assume vaping is the same as smoking,,,,,,,,,and charge you a cleaning fee if you vape in there,,,,,,

there's no way they can TELL you did, of course, but there have been reports of it happening when management or housekeeping sees you or your stuff. Stupid, I know, but ignorance abounds.

I kind of believe the risk was real. I honestly don't know how much of a risk. I never bought into the statement that it was more dangerous than direct smoke but I always felt that there was risk to second hand smoke.

I googled and googled and found very very few articles that were willing to say that second hand smoke was harmless,,,,,,,,

I found one that stated so,,,,,,

and dozens that disagreed,,,,,,,and sounded far more scientific.

In the end, who knows? but what I do know is I'm not risking my grand kids with second hand smoke.

i can relax and not have to worry about running out of money for my smokes (then) vape (now) (best part of diy)

my biggest concern is how much charge does my batt have, and how much charge does my back up batt have, and does my back up ego have a charge... lol always prepared...

i can go hours at work without needing to take a break (still try to take one every hour) where as before it was nearly every hour on the other, if not a little before...

if i am every really really bored i can try and come up with new flavor mixes...

when talking about my new habit i get ooos and awws instead of ewws...

I can smell things. I can taste my food without having to put a bunch of hot sauce on it (but I still do cause hot sauce rules). I can run a mile or so without stopping. I don't have to go out in the rain to smoke. The only thing I want is an e liquid that tastes like perique american spirits and full flavour menthol.

Stay in a non-smoking room at a hotel. Never did THAT before. It smells nice n pretty in those non-smoking rooms.

Two years ago I made reservations in a non-smoking hotel. It was the only one in the area that had rooms left. I had to go outside to smoke. That ain't happening again!

Technically I haven't played since the 6th grade.

I do, however, have a piano, an autoharp, a keyboard, some crappy pan pipes, a wooden recorder, some drum sticks, an ocarina, and some other crap that I just keep around because I feel sorry for dust with tired feet.

Take a deep breath any time I want without coughing my lungs out.

Sing along to a song in the car and finish it.

Be around non-smokers without feeling self-conscious about how I smell (I put on a wool overcoat the other day that I hadn't worn in a year. It's gonna need dry cleaned. Blech.)

I've still got a ton of crap but I've been getting rid of a lot of it. I went from a houseful of stuff to one small bedroom and half a shed in the backyard after my house was foreclosed on so you can imagine it's been a challenge. I'm still trying to fit more in my room than will comfortably fit but this is stuff I mostly use, so....
