As the title asks, what do you all do with your newfound breathing abilities? LOL.

I've gotten back on the mountain bike trails. Spent an hour on a couple black Diamond trails yesterday, 25 miles!! Its an amazing thing, considering that I could barely bike the parking lot 3 months ago!

Nice vintage specialised there :) - ok, not vintage really! I've got a 2012 Cannondale Trail SL1 that i hope to be back on soon. I havent been able to ride it properly as i need an operation on my back, which was cancelled 4 times because of smokers cough... through vaping this has now completely gone so the op should go ahead soon and a few months later back on the bike too :)

Thats awesome

When I read the title, I was gonna come and post about riding My bike!, I live in florida so no "mountain" trails for me. And When I am out working I have to settle for the stationary machines int he hotel work out rooms. But at least I can do it !

There are some really good trail systems though! A couple of the guys in the office spent a weekend terrorising the trails in Ft. Lauderdale a couple weeks ago. Alafia State Park just south of Tampa has some SERIOUS Double Black Diamond trails too. There might not be any mountains, but still, there are a lot of challenging rides!

Yeah I know someday I may look into that, but as for now I don't have a bike suitable for trails, it's just a cheap general street type bike. But as fro now I am satisfied listening to my iPod and tooling around on the neighborhood streets
