I just got finished re-wicking my rebirth and what apita it was. Took me 25 minutes using regular round wire 26AWG SS . Getting one coil in is not the problem. Trying to get the second coil in and clamped down. One always pops out every time I try to position one after tightening screws.
To me it looks like the screw itself is too small for what I like running inside this tank. I know I could use something thicker like claptons, but I like the flavor I get from my choice of wire. This tank is about to be tossed and in the drawer because of the hassle over coil tightening.
If you use 26AWG regular round wire I would love to know how you get the coils placed without one popping out, thanks.
