So I pulled my akuma v3 out from the dust and cleaned all the patina off with some ISO (took like 2 hours) and now the copper is like a very pink color, now I don't remember the color of the copper when I bought it, but I don't think it was this pink, did I ruin the copper in any way?

Pink copper is just fine, don't worry. Copper oxidizes so fast that it's really unusual to get a new product that looks freshly cleaned. Beautiful, isn't it?

Pretty hard to ruin copper. At worst you have created a new chemically bound surface layer. Try some metal polish or jeweler's rouge with a buffer.
Copper actually has a slight pink tint to it when it's perfectly clean. You just almost never see it because it tarnishes so quickly. Hold it in your hands for 5 minutes and it will change colors where the oils from your skin got on it.
Mine are all copper colored obviously
Anyway, if you want it clean without much effort, use Nevr-Dull. If you want it to stay that way, then right after cleaning it with Nevr-Dull, wipe it down with alcohol and clear coat it.
