What color is your vanilla juice??

well CS just doesn't know if no one says anything... they just wanted to let you know that they would have recalled it if there was a known issue.

got a response from CS on my ticket.
Toni said i was the only one that had a issue with the vanilla,they gave me points to cover the cost of the vanilla.

So i am satisfied for now on the problem.

i do wonder why the others that said they had a problem with their vanilla did not make out a ticket on it.

maybe this makes me look bad to CS as i am the only one that complained.

well i had another response on my vanilla ticket.

heather told me that they are sending me a bottle of vanilla,no additional charge to me.

so once again,thank you smokeless image for a square deal.
i also feel justified for bragging you up on the general forum when some body tries to put your products down.

I'm a sweets girl, and Kick Bass Vapor and SI are the only 2 vanillas I'll touch. For some reason vendors do well with vanilla added to other flavors, but very well do plain vanilla very well. I've gone through 4 bottle from SI, and never had an issue. I do steep it though, it's a strong flavor right out of the mail. Set it in a bowl of warm (not boiling) water with the cap off for a bit.... shake it and repeat a few times... see if that helps. If not, it's definitely a crappy batch.

but i have had some funky juices and this stuff just does not qualify to be called juice,,just to peucky.

i'll let folks know when i get my replacement bottle to see if it is me,,i don't think so.
