I have enough juice for a week+ and rebuilding supplies for over a year, hoping not to buy anything for at least a week?

Of course it counts, you bought it already, unfortunately just won't be receiving the exact moment. If I had as much patience as many ECF members and better luck ordering online I'd have so much more money or a bigger collection.
