What do I have and what kind of battery do I need?

Hello, got this white plastic thing for free in the mail. It has no markings on it that I can see. The silvery bottom part unscrews and it looks like a battery goes in the bottom and the atomizer in the top I'm guessing. Can anyone give me any info? Wondering if it's worth trying to get a battery for it or just tossing in the garbage...

It looks like the Smoktech 18650 plastic bolt,it is a mechanical mod and is unregulated. If you have not used mechanical mods before you will need to learn all about them.
