What do you do with an overfilled cartomizer?

Hold a tissue over the battery end to soak up the extra juice. Do this a few times, moving to a clean place on the tissue when it gets saturated. When no more is coming out that way, blow gently on the battery end of the cartomizer to clear the inner tube. Wipe the battery end clean, and it should be good to go.

Go to walmart and buy an Oral Med Dispenser- $2.00
Walmart.com: Apex: Oral Medication (Small) Syringe, 1 Ct: Home Medical
I use it to clean any overfilled cartos via the Taryn Method- place a condom on the end before spinning.
Tie a string to the cone that comes with the dispenser and the carto fits perfectly into the cone. Also can be used for measuring juice/ PG/ VG, etc. but apply clear nail polish otherwise numbers will be erased.

I bunch up a piece of tissue or toilet paper softly into a fat soft hollow point and small enough to fit in the open end of the carto. Stick that in the carto so it touches the stuffing gently. Tilt the open/tissue end down and puff 1-2 times into the threaded end of the carto. That will blow any extra juice into the tissue. If the soft point of tissue comes out so soaked that it's almost dripping then do again with another soft point of tissue.

I do that whenever I fill a new carto and anytime I overfill. It will get the carto to where it will vaporize juice. An overfilled carto will hardly vaporize at all.

I carry a tissue in my pocket, and you can find tissue or toilet paper just about anywhere you go. It's super easy and I also recommend anyone with auto batteries do this every time they add juice. It can also help prevent hot spitting drops of juice that can give you blisters on your tongue.

Also - any time you get gurgling check if the threaded connections need to be wiped with a tissue (a point of tissue can be used to dry in the vallet around the center post)

That's one of the main things I like about using a syringe to fill. If I get too much juice in, I just pull up on the plunger and suck out the excess.

Fortunately, your sealed batteries are pretty hard to kill. You will probably have a little puddle of juice in the battery connector, clean that out and blow out the carto as described by the other posters and you'll be fine.
