Strange post title I know but I didn't know how to phrase my question. I fly Jet Blue a lot for work and for some dumb reason they don't allow e-cigs during flight. So what I want to ask what do you guys/ ladys do for your nicotine fix during flight. I am not opposed to dipping but I feel like on a plane that would be gross. I was also thinking about nicotine gum but I have never tried the stuff. If anyone has any suggestion I would like to hear from you. Thank you for you time and responses.:)

Some of them smaller mods look a bit like pens - even got clips attached.
Liquid with little or no flavour. Having a good cup o'coffee. Funny how many people thend to nibble on their pens when doing a crossword or a sudoku... Stealth vaped, so many tissues in a bathroom one can exhale into to check for traces of moisture in one's breath - i mean uf u look like real closely, you could spo an oxygen and two hydrogen atoms clinging together in a menage-a-trois ;) ...

Jes' idle thoughts .. not encouring anyone to be baaaad boy/gal :)

Be creative and stuff a very small vaping kit inside an innocuous-looking packaging to stealth-vape. Here's mine:

I've flown Finnair several times with it, vaping to my heart's content, and nobody noticed. I suppose they just wondered what I was doing sucking on a mint box all the time...

Stealth vaping in the lavatory of a plane can set off the smoke alarm.

Bad press is the last thing the e-cig community needs right now, so I wouldn't advise stealth vaping on a plane in any case. If the flight is long and you need your fix, try to make do with gum, patches, or other licit methods.

Vaping indoors is one thing, on a plane is a whole different thing. Technically there is a coil glowing red hot inside of your device, and your thousands of feet up in the air....just doesn't sound right. Not to mention your exposing everyone to your vapor smell, it's just being courteous.

If yer coil is glowing red hot you doin dry hits - time to refill ;)

Look out the window. That round thing under wing making all that noise. Technically, it burns off combustible liquid ( tons of it ) at temperatures way above what even a pimped-to-max-mod could turn out. Which is a good thing, cuz it keeps you aloft. Your mod runs outta juice - dry hit. That noisy thingie running outta juice - ground hit. Thanks for NOT dropping by ;)

Agreed, your point is very valid, I stand corrected. :nun:

stealth vape right in my seat...I do it all the time ( 3x a week) and nobody even next to me knows its or smells it...I put the lanyard and ecig down my shirt, once on the plane.....just did a Lauderdale Florida to Boston flight , 3 hrs and had no problem, 2 days ago...but TSA did make me put the lanyard and ecig off my neck and into the tray for scanning but then was allowed to put it back on...and I vape all inside every airport with no problems..and people in the airport asked questions and were curious , but definitely NOT offended in any way..

Since the smell is basically non existent, and there is no 2nd hand "smoke" harms, I see no need to hide vaping from anybody in any airport, and actually welcome people who are curious and ask questions since they all either smoke cigs/analogs or have family members who do, and want an alternative for them to quit...great opportunity to educate people ...no shame , and definitely no need to hide..

vaping on an airplane is another story and posted "no electronic cigarettes allowed" on the plane, but I take my few hits now and then and not harming anybody..and I don't think even the airlines can provide a good reason to have such a rule..

TSA (security) has no issues with ecigs at all..just remember no bottles of liquids over 100ML and must be in a zip lock bag..

I fly a good bit. I buy disposable ecigs from White Cloud (the very small flings) and stealth vape. This way I don't worry about tank leakage, or questions about batteries, mods.

On the disposables I find that I can hold the smoke an extra second & not release any vapor so I don't set off alarms & I've never had anyone complain or even give me dirty looks.
