all I have for variable wattage mods are 30/40watts right now, and a couple months back id say thats all I needed, but now I mainly prefer my tube mechs because 30-40w isnt enough power for me anymore. I like the smaller simpler look of tube mods also, at least my SMPL mod looks sleek and simple. If they ever come out with a good 100w+ vv/vw box mod with the compact size of a vaporshark that will probably be my go-to, right now im looking at the sigelei 100/150 but they just seem to big for me and I wouldnt want to carry that around in public tbh.

I like VV box mods. I've got mechs but prefer the ease of changing things with a button, instead of HAVING to rebuild.

I've gotten lazy lately- I got a Herakles tank and it's all I've been using. I work in the oilfield and I spend most of the day driving very rough roads from one well to another. So, trying to drop is a real pain and I can blow some great clouds with terrific flavor on the Herakles. It makes vaping on the job a whole lot easier; and a vv box (Sigelei 100 plus) allows me to dial in on the vape I want, with ease. As the coil ages or I change flavors I can make adjustments to keep my vape where I like. On a mech mod, I get what I get with prebuilts. I guess if you have an office job, or no job, you've got time to fiddle with rebuilding and use a mech, but on 12-16 hour days and 7-30 day shifts, it's just easier to go with a VV mod and a tank.

I've used an MVP. I've used a mechanical Gripper and variable voltage Gripper. Not really a fan of the box shape. I prefer the feeling and asthetics of a tube mod, in my hand and pocket.

I use a Silver Bullet mech and a Provari regulated variable voltage mod on a daily basis. I like both for different reasons. Rebuildables on both. I've been using these two devices for the better part of three years, and despite owning other mods and working in a vape shop for most of last year, have not found anything that I like better.

It's like asking if you prefer apples or oranges, both a good in different situations. You can't make bucks fizz with an apple, and you wouldn't want to make make pie with an orange.

We are all different and what one person likes doesn't have to be what everyone else likes also.
Thats the best part of vaping right now, so many choices.

I guess I am eclectic :D I like both. MVP's, isticks and various spinners. I do prefer all of mine regulated. I have a couple of beautiful mechanical units but they just don't work for me. Thinking about putting the Atmomixani 69 up in the classies but since I've not seen any listed over there I don't figure there is any interest in it so figure I will just keep it for a backup to all my backups :D

Neither. I don't like the box shape and I don't like a bottom button.

Is round, side button, regulated an option?
There are a couple! Which one would work for you? Idk. If you want something to use for low wattage and you want it to be bulletproof, get a provari. Smaller and cheaper, innokin vv4. I think aspire has a new tube that's massive, wouldn't recommend it unless you have huge tanks.

I prefer IPV's or my Istick 50. I like the rounded sides and they just feel better. That's for all day. Mech's have their uses as far as dripping but if you don't honestly know which, get to a B&M and ask to see a few. Maybe make a friend while your there. My local guy has done me some really solid favors and he and his wife are great people.

I been at at B&M all afternoon. Its not really that its my favorite but my wife has a business in the same area so I'm down there alot.

I've been able to see for awhile that they are struggling. Mechs and RDA's. And more come in every week. And get stacked on last weeks.

Meanwhile people are quitting smoking locally by the dozens. From toottle puffers to Variants other store can't keep mods in stock. Place next town over can't even stock iSticks. They sell right out of the shipping box.

Atlantis/Subtank/Nautilus style tanks fly out the door. Coils and juice. Keep them coming back.

I been telling them to shift gears. It doesn't matter what you like its what the customer wants. They cry about the innernet but I tell them you can't fight the innernet. Except the rare impulse buy they don't see much of my money. But the other stores have learned. Place in Rome the owner puffs on a 26650 mech with a dripper and sells replaceable coil tanks all the way to the bank.

In this area, at this point in time mechs and drippers are dead. If they come back I know where the mother load is.
