I liked my EVIC until it broke. I bought another a whole year later only to discover it's outdated and underpowered.
MVP lasted me well, then along came the iStick.
Vamo V5 has done a great job.

I guess Innokin have made some good products, despite some patchy issues.
joyetech can be good, but most of their stuff is too expensive.
Kanger? Well, not had a mod, but the basic stuff was OK. Shame about the atomiser heads in the clearomisers.

In regard to re-branded products, like Volcano and/or Apollo - I would never, ever, ever buy anything from them.

Clearly, the top end of the market is superb. Provape, Super-T, SvoeMesto - amazing. :)

Brands I have used and/or trust: Innokin, JoyeTech, Aspire, Kanger, Sigelei, Reosmods, Provape (Provari), Evolv. I'm sure I'll think of more before the day ends. There is no one "best". Too many different types of devises each aimed at a different slice of the vaping market.

Now I've got back to figuring out if I'm going to pull the trigger on getting a Sigelei 100w+ box mod in gold ..... or maybe black ...... Or do I wait until I can save up for mod with an Evolv DNA40 chip?????? Decisions, decisions!:)

I would have to say that as of right now I would probably be into something that I can take while out and about. I would really like to get something for at home where I would be able to make big clouds because that is just plain fun :) I really appreciate the feedback and opinions so far as now I can maybe start narrowing down my choices.

I have used vamo, innokin, sigelei, cloupor DNA clones (garbage in a box IMHO) Pioneer4you stuff which is hit and miss, and some ego batteries too. It boils down to this what is your budget, do you want a replaceable battery mod or sealed unit like MVP / I-stick, do you want a box style or tube style mod, how much power do you need and what atomizers will you run on this device. There are plenty of companies making quality mods you just need to find what fits your criteria. Then go look at product reviews and see what other people have experienced with the device your looking to purchase. I personally have had bad luck with the cloupor "Hana" clones after getting a 3rd defective 30Amp cloupor box I stopped trying and used it to sight in the new scope on my 308 rifle. I had bogus experience IPV2 but the 7-22 mod worked fine so P4Y stuff like I said is a hit and miss and Sigelei always good luck with their stuff, have a MVP2.0 and SVD from innokin for over a year with no issues. Just do your homework and don't buy impulsively there is a cornucopia of devices and atty's out there in all different price and performance ranges. Good Luck
