The eGo Mega Dual Coil Cartomizers were not available till a few months ago, this thread is from much longer ago than that.

I agree, the EMDCC are the best eGo sized cartos out there at this time. From the way the PV world changes, six months from now, I'll probably be into something else.

That explains it completely. I see now that someone answered an older thread and rejuvenated it.

I recently revisited my eGo Mega Cartos and am loving them again. A couple had the same problem burning through but the others have gone on and on and get better as they get older IMO. I've never cleaned them and I also take out the inner 2-hole plastic piece. Taking that out doesn't seem to make any difference, no leaking, and that way I can fill without taking anything off. I fill straight down the small hole in the mouthpiece and it works great that way. Much easier than fooling around with those tiny plastic pieces. These have never clogged up on me like the EMDCC do after a short time. I like the EMDCC better but for me they're not cost effective for the type of liquid I like to vape.
