What do you use to get the best flavor?

Good Thread!

I have been vaping for some time not and tried pretty much every clearomiser, tank, Carts, A few RBA's with SS wicks and they are good when they are new but I find that half way through the tank the flavor way drops off as the juice thickens. But I picked up my first RBA dipper the octopus and I can not believe the difference. I always thought dripping what a pain in the ... but I do not think I can go back to my RSST RBA or Pro tank my two favorite at this time.

any recommendations on the best drippers.

geni or a rebuildable dripper for me. have to admit i got the octo for a cheap beater and that little guy pounds it out for 8 bucks

Drippers for flavor followed closely by my genny RBAs. My clearos and vivis and the like have either been pawned off to friends trying to quit or sit around collecting dust. I have a bunch of drippers too including the igo-l, the A7 and a several phoenix clones. The Smok RDA Octopus is my reigning champion! I DID have to get the o-rings to fit tighter (dental floss and finally larger o-rings) and I drilled a second air hole in the cap but yeah, my Octopus is my "go to" vape all day long.

I've heard a lot of people say cartomizers have the best flavor, but I feel that RBA drippers are best. I only have an Octopus but I don't see why any other one would perform any worse. What do you guys prefer to get the best flavor from your juices?
For me, a lot depends on the juice. I actually have a Volcano juice that tastes better in a carto tank than in anything else. Inside a dripper, not so much... in fact, not at all!

I drip almost 100% of the time and for the most part, all my juices, save one, taste better in my IGO-L, or what I show below.

Why do atomizers cost so much? The Joye ones are around $8 and cartomizers are like $2.
I wouldn't spend $8 or even $6 on any of those atomizers. I mod CE3 clearomizers and turn them into drippers. They're rebuildable and you can change flavors on the fly. They also taste "clean" because all you have is a small wick and coil. No bridge, or steel mesh to deal with. Of course it takes a little more effort to drip these since you gotta go down the sides, but not much more. Another advantage... they're great for testing DIY juices.

I think alot of it depends on the juice as well, while dripping does give great flavor, some juices are made for cartos or clearos and they never seem to taste right in anything else, just like Pluid is made for gennys and while you can get good taste with it in other things it tastes best in a genny.

love drippers :) been using genesis before, good flavors and vapor if set up correctly. i still have it but only used it for long drives. i love to swap between flavors (i have at any given time 20+ flavors in my bag) so dripper is the way to go and i usually meet friends with new liquids and its the best way to taste :)

some of the worth noting..Smok RDA, Igo-l, Fatty V2

or some of the more high endish:

Nimbus (my "use all the time" atomizer, 3 posts for quad coil setup, enlarged airhole to 2mm each sides, dual coil setup @ 0.5ohms)

Trident, 3 posts, selectable airholes up to 2.5mm, copper positive contact. havent have one for myself but tried my buddy's and its comparable to Nimbus but its a bit expensive than Nimbus but you dont have to bore airholes cos its selectable if not mistaken up to 5 selections/choices. and it has serial numbers to call it your own :)
