What do you use when you can't drip??

I am forever spoiled now that I've begun dripping (2 days). But can't drip and shift gears at the same time! Using cartos tastes like I'm sucking on a wet sponge and my vivi novas mute the flavors horribly. While I wait for my provari I'm on eGo twists. Please offer up your suggestion for something I can vape in the car that might fit the bill.

A bottom feeder is great for when you are driving or out and about and dripping isn't convenient.
