I know there are no official statements from innokin about the MVP 3.0.

But if there were an MVP 3.0, what additional features would you like to see on the product.

The one's I've gotten so far are:

1. Floating Spring Loaded Center Pin.
2. Less deep threads in the 510 connector
3. put fire button on the top, or on the narrow side of the unit.
4. USB covers or a "bootie" that you can place the unit in to prevent inadvertent liquid getting into the USB ports when setting it down on a table.

What would you like to see?

In addition to the previous suggestions I'd like to see a more "stylish" form factor...maybe slightly rounded or bezeled edges as well as MOAR color and finish options. Also, I think I'd prefer the connectors on the side, not the bottom so I can charge it standing up.

I agree about the connections on the side, the charge port at least. I don't like laying some of my tanks on their side a lot. I also would like the center pin issue addressed (spring loaded maybe) and I'm perfectly fine with where the fire button is now. I know the battery life is amazing now, but what if they increased it so say 2800-3200mah? That would be awesome. Also 6v capability and maybe 15watt capability would be sweet too.

As previously mentioned, a 3200mah battery with a higher amp limit, the ability to push 6 volts and 15 watts, a floating center pin/adjustable screw center pin, charging port on the backside of the device, a screen where you can use the up button for up and bottom button for down when adjusting volts/watts, a built in battery indicator in the screen on the side that shows you a percentage of how much battery life is left before it loses its charge, and possibly an adjustable airflow ring on the beauty ring.

I do like where the button is positioned because I have learned to use it and don't mind it, I don't mind the box mod shape because it fits perfect in my hand and it is discreet enough for me when I try to stealth vape, I like the ego and 510 threads, love the ohm meter, and love the durability of it.

All in all, I love my MVP and I will continue to use it until it dies and will most likely get another one when that time comes!

EDIT: Possibly a feature to go from regulated to unregulated for all those Sub-ohm cloud-chasing vapers! hence the request for a higher amp limit :vapor:

I like this thread, kind of a wish list for a well liked device. My only wish, since it already has an on/off button, is a nicer/easier to push fire button for those of us with hand issues. Relocating it to a narrow side would be a plus, as would adding a single bulb LED (then everyone who vapes will always have a flashlight when they need one)!

6 volts/15-20 watts
Watts in 0.1 increments
Better numbers (i.e. actually hits its settings correctly)
Higher amp limit
Better menu (+ and - buttons: hold both to switch volts/watts, hold either for ohms/battery)
Autoscrolling
No puff counter!
Remove the ego cone threading and sit the 510 flush
*Real* carbon fiber body option

Other than that, I like it just the way it is :)

Just noticed this thread.

I say don't mess to much with a good thing. Leave the form factor alone. The box is strong and functional and I like the clean look that comes from the bottom functions. I do wonder however is there is a was they could make it so that you could charge through the usb port to eliminate the second hole. Leave the fire button there but fix it. I have no problems with the menu. I personally find the puff counter useless but many seem to like it. Maybe put it as an option. I don't mind the short round robin to change V/W. I also think it has plenty of battery life. More battery means more weight and it has plenty of that already as well.

My list

6 volts/15-20 watts
Correct the 510 connector (floating pin) and ego threading (1 and 1/2 fewer)
Soften up the fire button more
Replaceable battery (not changeable)
Some real information on just what the batteries are and what it's ratings are so
we know how hard we can push hem.

That's all. Other than that, don't mess with it. It aint broken, don't try to fix it

I like the ideas that are being presented here except the idea of removing the eGo threads and the puff counter. This is not a mech mod, as an APV I believe it should be able to connect to both 510 and eGo devices. As for the puff counter, I use it to gauge whether or not recharge it for a full day out based on usage. I do think the puff counter could be buried further in the menu rather than being so invasive.

Somewhere out there
I like some of the ideas in this thread, my list -

flush mount 510 connector, no ego threads
move the 510 connector in, so a clearo doesn't hang over the edge
spring loaded center pin
up and down volt/watt adjustment buttons
battery voltage readout
replaceable battery
go back to the version 1 fire button (less pressure and flush mounted)
keep the puff counter, but deeper in the menu

Move the damn connector to the center of the mod. I hate asymmetry. Higher capacity batteries are always a plus... floating pin would be lovely! I never have a problem with my Davides (mini and full size) until I use them with my vv v3... then I have to pull the center pin down on the head to get it to fire with the MVP.

No ego threads and a flush mount floating pin 510 connector. Change nothing else.
I use my eGo threads

I would like to see
A. Qi Inductive charging on top of the ability to plug in with a micro usb cord if needed
B. Possible mid to low power cree flashlight (when you absolutely positively have to see the keyhole in the pitch black dark and you have your MVP2 in hand)
Mainly because of this little module

C. Bluetooth to offload data (I saw one in an eGo...really, an eGo but NOT in an APV) and/or the ability to change the volts/watts thru the bluetooth (in conjunction with the manual setting)
D. I like the idea of a serviceable battery module (aka a few screws and the entire module slides out, plug in a replacement when the Li Ion finally wears out (and it will)
