what does it mean by "using atomizer for a few hours dripping on it"..?

Hi, I read some threads and it said "use atomizer for a few hours dripping on it"
I really want to find that thread and reply on that one, but I honestly do not remember where I saw that..
This was also in instruction...?
So what does that mean that I need to drip on it for a few hours when I use atomizer for the first time?

you dont need to drip on it for hours. just make sure it always stays wet if youre going to use it. running it dry is likelyto burn it up faster.

Dripping just means to put e-juice into the atty directly, 2 or 3 drops at a time, rather than using the cartridge/filler tip.
Using it for a few hours is the "break in" period for a new atty. This is where, since it is new, it performs differently at first, but settles in later.

You don't need to drip, it's just an option (and a good one IMO).

Bottom line:
1) Blow the primer fluid (shipping fluid) out of the new atomizer when you take it out of the package,
2) The 1st few hours of use may taste a little harsh/different until you break it in.
3) Keep it wet, but not flooded. Use the carts with filler and keep them wet, or dip directly into the atty when it gets dry.
