What does it mean when my xl manual battery flashes 15 times?

when screwed into the charger it flashes 15 times....then a 6 or 7 second delay.....again 15 flashes.....what does it mean?

?????? Does that batt still work and does it take a charge? If it works fine that I would guess something is a little screwy in the processor.

I have a charger that does that with a couple of my batteries.
If I put them on another charger they work fine also other batteries charge on it ok.
I haven't looked into it but it may be something as simple as them not getting a good enough contact with the charger.
I guess I need to pull up the posts on those batteries and see if that fixes it.
