What does "OP" mean?

I've been using my Provari on various settings with atties & cartos, it works perfectly. I tried yesterday a new 306HV atty and when I wanted to check the ohms, it read "OP", the atty won't work.

Can anyone tell me what this mean?

Looked it up in the manual and it says it means "Open". It says you'll get this reading when when no atomizer is installed or when a atomizer/cartridge has a reading higher than 9.9ohms which it says should not be used.

Thank you! I went through the manual but didn't see it. Higher than 9.9 ohms!!!! that's XXXXXHV! However, my atty was supposed to be around 3.5

I use 510s. If the 306 is constructed similarly -- check the center post (battery end) on the atomizer. If it's pushed in you can fashion a hook out of a paper clip and carefully -- don't go too deep in the hole -- pull it out so it's barely above thread level.

Also, I would suggest testing it with a standard DMM just to make sure. There is a chance that your atty is DOA, it does happen. Just a thought.

Great. It's sort of a rocking motion to get even all the way round. A little on one side -- back and forth. Good luck.

He's right , if you don't have one get one. They're easy to use, and really are necessary for a vapor.

I'm cursed! No change so far... by the way, I tried the atty on an eGo XL, it works (although it produces very little vapour), but on my Provari....... nothing! Thank God my 510 HV works like a charm or I'd be on the edge of a nervous breakdown!
