What does "pending" status mean

Hey everyone!

THANK YOU so much for your patience. We are working day and night to catch up on the orders and moving! I don't want to dish out empty promises to you, guys, like, oh yeah, give us a day and we will catch up, blah, blah, blah... But we are working with each one of you to meet your demands without sacrificing the product quality. I am sure you are with me on this one!

We have been receiving a few emails asking us what status Pending means. A lot of people are worried that pending means an error. So to clarify a couple of things, here is what each status means:

Pending: We have received your order, printed it out, read ALL the comments (btw, my favorite part!) and put it in the "to be mixed pile". All orders are filled in the order we have received them.

Processing: We have made changes to your order, per your request. This status is similar to pending (see above for pending).

Additional Information Required: We have contacted you if we had some questions about your order, PG/VG ratios, nic level, etc.

On Hold: We put the order on hold, per customer's request. Yes, people do ask us to hold their orders!

Mixing order: Self-explanatory, we are mixing your order. We have trained Michelle to mix, and let me tell ya, she is doing a fantastic job! Needless to say, everything goes through strict QC process, we literally smell each and every liquid to make sure that it was mixed right.

Shipped: Probably is what everyone wants to see!

You get notified via email every time status is changed.

Of course there are other statuses Mrs Tasty Vapor did not mention to you. We'll go over them here

Oh God: "Oh no, that crazy guy with the cowboy hat is ordering again"

Banned: "The status Jim gets when he acts like an ... and gets kicked from the support chat. Usually on a Friday night when he's had a few too many and orders a doubler of 58mg flavorless tobacco"

Longest end of the tail line: "When you start talking that NASCAR crap on how fast they are compared to how slow we are and we move your order to the end of the line. We don't care if you can change a tire in 10 seconds"

Special Premix: "Geoff is tossing in something special just for you"

Mixing Sample: "Geoff banned you from ever purchasing again"

Until this thread appeared I was fine with the fact that the only thing I've received is the computer generated "Order Process" receipt immediately after I placed my order. Should I be worried that I'm not "Pending" yet?

(I'm in no rush to get my order. I've barely made a dent in the 20 ounces of your liquid that arrived 2 weeks ago. I'm going to have to vape faster.)

you guys all know that she's talking about the order status in your tasty vapor account right? If you log onto tastyvapor.us you can see it. If you got your receipt from ordering, that usually means your pending. :) And from my prior experiences, once u pass the pending stage, you won't get any emails until it has shipped, especially if you aren't a registered user on tasty vapor
