A different Verification question

I submitted my form for verification last weds. so tomorrow will be a week. I understand that it is a 1 person process and that joker can get backed up. But the way it is set up I can not even tell if he received my form. Is there anyway you guys can set up something automated that at least informs us that form was received and status is pending. or something along those lines. So that when he gets backed up we don't bother him and slow down the process or think we have to resubmit. Thanks for any help.

You receive a notice that your submission was successful when you press the submit button. Please be patient-- j0ker can only process a limited number per day based on his availability.

When you say we receive notice that submission was successful would you happen to know where it is stored because I have been unable to find this notice and do not remember seeing it right after hitting submit.

When you click submit the form is submitted and you are sent to a landing page that tells you your submission has been made. It isn't sent as a pm to you or an email.
