I am the very proud owner of a Provari v2 and a Provari mini. My favorite devices. Recently I had an issue with my v2. Probably ulcer abuse. Anyway I sent it back for repairs. What great service! I can not say enough. Great product....great service. I do wish I could find a go-to juice so I could delete all the other suppliers from my bookmarks
