What happened to my buzz?? Video shows problem

I dunno what happened, it was working then trying to get a 510 atty that was causing me problems going it just sort stopped and will only show a little red light, and now no matter what i stick on it, it may fire right away but usually just does this red light thing I have put a video up on youtube, someone help please, I am sooo sad .

mine did that its not connecting to the post all the way i belive.

Try holding down the activation button and unscrew the attie just a little bit at a time. If that doesn't work try an adapter. See if you can adjust the center pin on the cap. Good luck.

Ok so after trying a few of your ideas and moving the batteries around I popped in a brand new set and all is well, but when I put these bad batteries on the charger the following happened, should I throw them out??

I am going to make a new thread for this problem as i am not sure if its related, but i thought i would mention that when i put this on the voltmeter BEFORE i hit the button it usualy reads 0.06 to 0.11 and its only the buzz, if i test my other batteries they are at total 0.00 before i hit the button. Is that normal?

Red means a short...it can be as simple as liquid puddle at connection...try to soak excess out of Buzz connection. I just twist a paper towel and stuff and soak. Hope this helps...

thanks for all the help but it was definatly the batteries and I have it working now but think i have to throw out the batteries.

It could have been the batteries but usually it is a short. It means you drawing to many amps and the safety feature kicks in so you don't burn up your unit.

I replaced batteries and buzz been working all night, i can not charge the two batteries at the same time in the charger so something definatly happened with that set of batteries, ohh well thats why they sell more lol.

THe protection PCB on one of the batteries died ! , I have had some do this lately , they will work with NO atty attached but under LOAD they fail , IF you got them from us contact me next week for a replacement , it is usually ONE battery that does this so swap them out to isolate the bad one.

Ya I know I'm on vacation BUT I want to make sure all is OK !
