There is a bit of "odd" in this situation: (Like that's a singular thing regarding the regulations.) If for whatever reason(s) Rob can't or won't sell new Reos in context of the regs, will he be able to repair the existing Reos out there in the wild? "Legally?"

Same issues would apply to ProVape - as one of the very few places that actually repairs what they sell.

And yes - Rob does have legal peeps looking into where Reos stands in all this mess.

It's an interesting question. I was thinking about this earlier, as I was responding to another post. I'm no lawyer (but I did stay in a Motel6 last night) but I can't see how Rob or Provape could be stopped from repairing something that was legally purchased prior to the Deeming Regs.

Just to be safe I already ordered my flashlight mod, because that's how I "intend" to use my Reo.

The way the regulations are written, it is confusing as all hell. Intentionally is my guess. There are lawyers that are working on things so the fight is not over. The best advice I can give you is to join CASAA, write your reps, get involved. The more voices we have, the louder and harder it is to shut us down.

Bwh, above, spelled it out as perfect as we can understand it all. This is the way we are understanding it.

The deeming regulations are utterly atrocious. I think they are so badly written, we do stand a chance in a court of law.
Or stand no chance at all. It cuts both ways. If something is negatable, something else will not be negatable. I believe nothing will be negatable at the end of the day. I believe it was written with exact and precise intention and purpose[emoji12]

For almost three years now, I've always left the house with a REO Grand filled with scent-free "natural flavor" 50/50 24-25 mg nic base. That's 9 hours of use every work day. I've recently cut back to 12, and plan to stay at 6 or 3. I only vape flavored (NETs) at home. As long as I can breath, I want to vape.

Tonight my (non-vaping) wife suggested that since I'd brought my vape-at-home ProVari count up to three with the new Procyon, I should get a third REO Grand... and more rebuild kits and other spare REO parts. I LOVE THIS WOMAN! She's the one who talked me into a REO Grand in the first place.

So what did you order? :matrix:

Thanks for the tip on the batteries.

I just got a new Low Profile REO Grand and having a bit of a problem with the Adjustable Center Post. The instructions say turn the little allen screw counterclockwise to raise it, but I have found that it's the opposite, I have to turn the allen screw clockwise to raise it. So am I losing my mind or are the instructions backwards?

I never read the instructions lol! I just put my little wrench in and turned to see which way to go for lowering and raising. I pay so little attention that I can't even tell you which way is which! :) The instructions may very well be backward.

Somewhere out there
Just wanted to say, that I have never used or seen a Reo in real life. However, if I knew back in the day what I know now with the upcoming FDA regulations, I would have bought a Reo. A Reo mod and a Reomizer RDA is the perfect setup someone who doesn't want to carry a juice bottle around everywhere with them and wants to be prepared for the vape apocolypse.
I just bought a Reo for my stash, figured I couldn't go wrong with a Reo around :)

An ECF friend just PIF a gently used Reo Grand to me a few days ago. (Thank you, the gift is much appreciated!)
I don't yet have a bottom-feeding atomizer for it, and will be doing some research here and on YouTube for some inexpensive ideas.
