Used to be able to, now the option's no longer there...WTF?

It does tend to disappear now and then---it's gone right now too.

That's because it's being worked on at the moment... but it's there nonetheless.

I think what might've happened was a mod changed the title of one of my posts and he must've inherited the rights somehow?!? All of my other posts in other threads seem to be editable...who knows?!? (...the shadow knows)

Yes, as a matter of fact. We figure it's preferable to change things "on the fly" rather than to take the forum down for an unspecified amount of time, when possible.

Well, posts are only editable for 48 hours after they are created. This is why I asked you how old the post was.

yeah...I was just piecing that together - noticed stuff yesterday I could edit, but not 2 days ago...bummer...could that be changed just for the classifieds forum? it'd be nice to be able to update quantities in the original post - so when people look at it the first time, they know immediately how much stuff you have...just sayin'

It would be nice, for sure. Right now it can't be set for individual forums, though.
