What happened to V4L?

I hope everything is Ok. Not like them to vanish. Steves Last Activity: Yesterday 11:41 PM. Marks Last Activity: 05-05-2009 06:23 AM. What's up?
I bet it has something to do with customs. I have Skype and contacted Steve that way once. Occasionally I get a little window from Skype saying Steve is online. I have no reason to contact him at the moment because I know supplies have to loosen up first. But I assume he's tearing his hair out trying to make this thing work.
Caveat. Just because it says "Steve is online" doesn't necessarily mean it's him at the computer.
Also, wasn't there some comment of him being in China.
Oh, well, hopefully the mystery will soon be solved.

Just got an email from him, he is there, only he's not doing so well... stress related issues, I'll let him explain beyond this. His wife is shipping orders however...
Just got my order today, not to worry about orders being filled. If it's in stock, it will be shipped.
I heard from Steve yesterday. He told me "I have 700 kits, 3800 nobacco, and 28000 cartomizers with customs....I am working on getting them released."
So I'm still waiting. As of right now, kits are out of stock online.

I have been in contact with Steve and as Sirebral stated, Steve is not doing all that well, but it will be up to him to post the details. I'm sure he will be posting again soon, after some rest. Keep him in your thoughts.
I feel so bad for these guys that have the stuff and money tied up in customs that they may never recoup. It's bad enough losing all the shipping fees, but customs can at least send them back so the suppliers can get their costs back for the products. This is so wrong.

We leave for Hawaii in 5 days the wife is packing now!!!

Are you going to exceed the load limits on the airplane? I looked at you pictures and wondered if you just planned to buy clothes when you got to Hawaii??? You have a load!
I emailed Steve late last night and hope to hear from him soon. I think he has gone above and beyond for us and I know how I would get if I had to put up with the Customs/FDA stuff he has. Notice I didn't use a bad word there where one belongs! Take care Steve!

I'm a noob but found out about this supplier in a different thread. I like his site and I love all of the posts he's made in his other threads. "You'll be SMILIN soon baby!" Awesome!
I haven't ordered anything from him yet though because I noticed he hasn't been around lately. I want to order a couple bottles of nobaco juice but I'm just nervous. Anyone know if problems with customs would affect his juice supply?

I just want to say I hope Steve is well and all is good , hopefully he is just SMILIN on a sunny beach somewhere and will be back shortly to countinue pass'n the smiles to his customers .
