I bought a ProVari, which came with a Kanger ProTank 2. 1st coil I installed and used worked GREAT and had no airflow issues. I decided to change after a week of use and take a shot at replace coils/wick on that one. I popped the other coil in that came with the ProTank and am getting no airflow! I heard about this, but thought I just got lucky. What could be the cause of this if the other one worked just fine?

I had the same Problem on my protank 2 what I did was carefully trim the insulator at the center positive pin with an exacto knife, you have to be careful because if you trim it too much the coil will short. I had two 5 packs of replacement coils that where like sucking through a stopped up straw but it seemed to have fixed it. that little silicone grommet gets squished down if you tighten it too much and blocks the air flow hole at the 510 connection.

Huh. It's weird. I looked at the 2 side by side and they look identical. Put the old coil back in and having absolutely no airflow issues. I'll try what you suggested with the new one. Thanks.
