I bought 3 njoy Ncigs from njoy in december 2008 and the first couple of times i got a reply to emails from Njoy straight away, but for the past few months i have been emailing Njoy for replacement parts that i am covered with by there one year warranty with no replies back what so ever!, they are not honoring there 1 year warranty at all, i received only one set of replacement parts at the start from Njoy but nothing! else since in all these months. And they owe me 3 batteries and 1 Atomizer that did not last very long at all….

At least with Janty they refund your money immediately!! When my e-cigs packed it in within the warranty period, but with Njoy i am having no! such luck :(

Is there anything i can do about this??? Anybody i can contact??? Because i am not having any luck contacting Njoy at all ..They are just completely ignoring! me

..If NJOY have no intention in honoring there 1 year warranty then they really should stop offering a 1 year warranty…....its that simple!

This is why i had a drunken break down on this forum the other day and took it out on the wrong e-cigarette seller…..But its actually Njoy i really should have taken it out on that’s for sure….

This really does show you the good e-cig sellers from the bad……

Rick--Not that I am a fan of NJOY by any means, but a family member sent me one for the Holidays which I use on occation and I sure take advantage of their warranty for the money that was paid for it. I always call them at this number and get a resolution--
888-NOW-NJOY (669-6569)--Give it a try as you should be getting service for what they charge---Sun

Sun would i be charged for an international call if i rang that number mate?.
Because that could be a rather expensive call :(

I really should just let it go and chalk it upto a bad experience *that i will not be repeating* But then i think "No!! its just not right, Njoy should honor what they promise. they also really should reply to my emails though..

and yeah they are expensive e-cigarettes at Njoy...it cost me $160 Australian dollars for each one *3 in total* pttttf..

Rick--Give me a PM and I will call them for you as not returning e-mails is not like them and I am sure they would want to know--There product is not all that bad, but who can afford it. I spoke with them at length about their price point and the "customer support" was the main issue they stated for charging so much by having a Call Support center when in fact, all you are asking for is a return of an e-mail--So PM me with the info and I will call them in the morning and PM you back with what there resolution will be. --anything to help---Sun

plastick my spam option folder is switched off so its not that, NJOY just does not seem to care and they have not sent me any replacement parts in months!, and i do mean months! mate :( and they just will not answer any of my email's either.

I am looking to buy the m401, i have heard good things...i just bought 7 DSE901's and i love!! them, top! e-cig

I am also looking to by the new EM901 and 801 from david at eastmall ...but that does not let Njoy off the hook, they should honor there 1 year warranty period..and usually i would just let it go and not concern myself with it but i just can't because if i let them get away with it with me then they will feel they can then do the same thing to other people.

Sun Vaporer from this forum is helping me out by calling Njoy and finding out what is up with them as it would cost me an arm an leg just to call them from Australia, Suns a really helpful and good guy and i appreciate his help very much :)

I am going to stick with the 901's as they seem to satisfy me the most, I would also suggest the BE112 Atomizers from Bestecig.com ..This BE112 Atomizer that i bought from bestecig is amazing!! …vapor here---vapor there---vapor pretty much everywhere! …and a great big smooth throat hit to boot plastick.

but as for NJOY i will see what Sun can get out of them and i will then go from there.......they owe me quiet afew replacement parts and right now those replacement parts would come in very handy. especially the batteries.

I am trying to stock pile as many e-cigarettes as possible before or if the e-cigarettes are banned everywhere around the world like i fear is going to happen from what i have read and what my friends on this forum are telling me.
*sorry i don't mean to scare you people*

but i will be buying a M401 soon and give it a try ;)

I finally received an email back from NJOY for the first time in awhile. they apologized and told me that they never received the 10! or so messages that i sent them from there own site??? hmmmm ok fair enough, i will just leave it at that ...at least they did finally answer a message i sent them

They are sending me 4 batteries and 2 atomizer replacement parts.

I guess that old adage “better late than never” surely applies in this case :)

I have to disagree with you there, Tribble. I'm vaping on an NJOY penstyle atomizer I've been using for over 2 months (with my third USB passthrough, and there are three dead generic atomizers sitting around here somewhere) I have more generics for backup, but when this NJOY atomizer goes, I'll have it replaced under the warranty. The vapor is just better compared to the generics, and it seems to use the juice more completely (I fill/top off carts rather than drip.)

Tallulah, you must be a part of a rare & small group of people that have had a good experience with NJoy. I, however, am a part of a common & massive group of people that have had a bad experience with NJoy. My guess would be that when (not if) you send that atomizer back in for warranty replacement, the runaround will start. I hope I don't offend you because of my opinion about NJoy:oops:. It is only an opinion, after all.:)

I have to agree with Tallulah, I love my Njoy penstyle. I also am able to get through to them. My fathers atomizer died (he dry smoked it):( and they sent me another within 2 days, no problem.

I guess we are just lucky! But Rickstar, good luck with the new stuff and I'm sorry your experiance has been so bad with Njoy. As I said before I sympathize for you because of your location. That's got to be hard.
