what I have and open to advice

New member here! OK I figured I'd make my first post about what I'm running and see if anyone has any advice. By the way, I'm a low budget vaper, so yes I use clones. If that's blasphemy to you, I apologize. Once my budget affords it, I will be more than happy to purchase a legit setup, but for now it's clones for me! With that said, I have an SS nemesis clone and a copper stingray clone. Both have tobh style Attys. The chingray is a cloud chucker, if not a little warm due to lack of airflow (opening up the holes very soon). While the chemesis is a slow burner that takes its time ramping. Dual coil, I'm guessing close to 1ohm. I have some 28ga a1 kanthal, organic cotton and want to rebuild the chemesis Atty. Looking for lots of flavor with decent density. Thought about a twisted single coil but always open to suggestions from those more experienced than myself. The chemesis reads 3.0v at the posts of the Atty with the current setup.

Yes, I'm using an lg imr 18650 2100mah in the stingray. The nemesis is running an efest 2100 imr for now until I get a few more LGs. I have both types of meters. An eleaf volt/ohm meter and my ideal dmm. The eleaf is off by about .05ohm. I have some experience with discharge rates and cell capacities. I tinker with rc cars. The lipos we run in those have similar characteristics to mod batteries. I just built a .6 ohm parallel for the nemesis. A moderate improvement from the dual coil that was on it(forgot to measure it before I tore it apart). I don't ever plan to get below .3-.4ohm. I don't really see a need.
