You can get a variety of adaptors to convert flat tops to button tops. I picked some up a while ago after AW closed down but haven't used them yet. They were made from an insulating washer with a pin set in the center. You do have to rewrap the battery so the wrap holds the insulator in place. FT has several different types.

I found some stuff on flashlight forums as well, there was a link on a previous button top thread. Seems this is a common problem with flashlights. A lot of people do it by putting a large blob of solder on the battery positive. That would take some soldering skill though.

I also saw a post where someone said battery stores would convert batteries to button top for a small fee.

If the only 18350 batteries still available are rewraps, you have to wonder if someone is still actually making them but not selling under their own name for some reason, or are these all refurbished/reconditioned used/old batteries. I hate to say it, but you may need to consider abandoning the mini's and look for something that uses a battery that is still being manufactured.

Just something to think about.
I cant give up the minis,i just cant! You make good point but i would be so super sad...:(:(

Maybe look to see if Mooch has anything recent related to 18350 batteries. Cthulhu did just release a 18350 mod; seems odd if they knew one couldn’t find batteries for it. I'm thinking maybe they aren't all old rewraps.
I have a pair of the purple Vapecell 18350's inbound with that mod... The whole purchase is really starting to suck.

I wasn't aware of the updated Vapecell 18350 test, Facebook brought up the first test so I went with that instead of digging further... The mod is crap (but they are releasing a new board for it), the cells are crap (hopefully mine will be older stock), the only thing good in that order will be the pair of VTC5a's and the Gear RTA.

I remember stocking up for the event of "can no longer buy" days and thought batteries would not be a worry, but dang now i cant find anything for my Provari minis! I used only AW but they are all gone so now what? I am nervous to buy Efeast and ive never heard of most that i can find. I found Nitecore batteries are they safe?
Loads on amazon but not names i know are safe,so please any links or info on safe brands that 18350 or 18490?
You think finding 18350 or 18490 are hard to find, try finding 18340s for your Billet Box. o_O
I did recently bought a few AWT 18350s at IMRBatteries. I dunno if they have any left though.
